We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of Social Media & Digital Analytics.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, PPC, paid and organic social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to achieve company and client objectives.
- Lead the creation, execution and optimization of campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with account managers to ensure marketing campaigns support client growth objectives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Basic experience in web optimization, design, content, SEO, SEM.
- Basic experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and Social Media channels.
- Knowledge of and interest in Marketing technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong can-do attitude with an interest in learning and being trained in digital marketing best practices.
- Desire for growth and development.
