Director of Social Media Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Social Media Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for social media, content creation, strategy development, and storytelling.

We are looking for a candidate who can bring unexpected, interesting concepts, and ideas to the table and lead execution with the Social Media team.


  • Lead the Social Media Team to develop and implement innovative social strategies for global clients ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Social Media clients, providing strategic insights, performance reports, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead and mentor the Social Media Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns, including content planning, influencer partnerships, and community management.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Conduct social listening research, uncovering trends across various industries, providing actionable insights for our clients
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and keep our clients ahead of the curve.
  • Drive creative ideation sessions to generate unique and engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences
  • Work closely with other departments, including creative, PR, Creative, Production, and Digital teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
  • Adapt strategies to fit different regional markets, understanding cultural nuances and local trends to ensure global relevance and effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in social media strategy, with a proven track record of managing social media presence for brands.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to develop innovative and engaging content ideas.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with proficiency in multimedia content creation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of global social media trends and the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
