Making a Store an Event

Kiehl’s Since 1851 is a New York-based purveyor of fine quality skin and hair care preparations. When the venerable brand made its official entry into Connecticut, we spearheaded the opening of its first retail store with a gala event. We managed the media, arranged a speakers program and planned the flow of the event, incuded a performance by the Hartford Stage’s Children’s Theater. Establishing a relationship between the nonprofit and Kiehl's supported the retailer's community-focused approach, added media interest to the event and helped bring hundreds of eager shoppers through the front door.
