Senior Media Planner/Buyer
Responsibilities
In this position you will be working with the agency’s Media Director in developing regional and local multi-channel media plans for a range of clients at various budget levels. You will also be responsible for the negotiation and placement of media buys from the recommended plans as well as monitoring their results. In this position, you will have interaction with clients, agency colleagues, and media sales representatives.
Qualifications
- College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other Business related fields
- 3 to 5 years of prior media or marketing experience at an agency, media company, or with an advertiser
- Have an interest in analytics and translating data into creative solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of settings with various audiences
- Keep up with new media trends, eager to learn and evolve in an ever changing media landscape
- Comfortable working in a small office environment and be willing to take on administrative tasks
- Experienced in Media reconciliation, post buy analysis and reporting
- Basic traditional, digital, and social media terminology and concepts
- Google Docs & Sheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Facebook Business Manager
- Ability to commute/relocate:
