Tony Cashman

President and CEO

Tony founded CashmanKatz in 1992 and has grown it from a two-man start-up to a trusted strategic partner for national and international brands. His growth strategy has included the acquisition of a leading creative boutique and a video production company, as well as the development of separate operating companies in research and public affairs. Tony’s background includes public relations, media, management and sales roles at The Hartford Courant, ESPN and CBS.

Amanda Mueller

Partner, SVP, Client Services

With a background in both PR and account management, Amanda oversees client relationships, spearheads strategy and basically just runs things around here. Named one of Greater Hartford’s “Top Women in Business,” she’s a sought-after speaker on PR and social media topics. Amanda has been an integral part of the CK team for twenty years, leading and guiding clients such as BIC, Mylanta, CT DOT and ASSA ABLOY, to name just a few. Before CK, Amanda worked with megabrands IBM and Sam Adams Boston Beer Co. at Clarke & Company in Boston.

Eric Cavoli

Partner, SVP, Creative Director

Eric has propelled CashmanKatz to a go-to creative partner for national brands – often winning assignments over much larger agencies. Starting out writing jingles for car dealers, he’s since created highly effective and awarded campaigns for Timex, Estroven, MassMutual, Textron, BIC, Mylanta and many more. He is a frequent guest speaker on branding and creativity, and lead branding for the locally famous Wood-n-Tap Bar and Grill chain, for which he was paid in beer.

Eric Schweighoffer

SVP, Media Director

Eric’s approach to planning is both highly analytic and creative, resulting in innovative media programs that deliver on promises in unexpected ways. He was raised in the media business at several NYC agencies, including Young & Rubicam, working on leading brands like Kraft/General Foods, U.S. Postal Service and Adidas. He’s also held media director roles at regional agencies and led an in-house agency for a large retail mattress chain.

Steven Durel

Steve is a seasoned digital marketing professional with almost two decades of front-line experience driving business growth through a tireless focus on analytics and sound strategies in paid media, SEO, email marketing, web development and more. He’s held key Digital Marketing Director roles at leading retailers including Namco Pools and Bob’s Discount Furniture, leading ecommerce and omnichannel marketing, achieving remarkable revenue growth.
