Led by its original founding CEO, Tony Cashman, the agency has consistently delivered compelling and unexpected ideas by leveraging a diverse team of leaders, brand strategists, digital experts, industry creative specialists, and talented designers and producers.

The industry has seen significant change – from the move from film to video to the explosion of digital media, social media, influencer content, digital printing, and most recently, artificial intelligence.

“A key to our success has been our ability to adapt, pivot and grow to accommodate the changes in the marketplace and how people consume information,” said Tony Cashman, President and CEO. “We pride ourselves on smart growth and changing with the times. When we first opened our doors, we started with just media planning and buying as a service. Shortly after, we added the creative and public relations departments. And over the years, we have continued to add all of our other services, including branding, strategy, research and video production. In the last 10 years, as we’ve seen an acceleration in digital, social media, analytics and SEO, we have expanded those departments and we’ve made a significant investment in technology and added personnel.”

CK is headquartered in a 15,000-square-foot facility in Glastonbury that includes a focus group facility for research and an in-house production department that includes a studio, two editing suites and a robust array of cameras and equipment. The company has increased its revenue by an estimated 25% annually over the last three years.

Current agency principals are President and CEO Tony Cashman, Partner and SVP Creative Director Eric Cavoli, and Partner and SVP of Client Service Amanda Mueller.

Founded by Tony Cashman and Ed Katz, CashmanKatz, formerly known as Cashman + Katz Integrated Communications, started in a small apartment in Manchester as a media buying agency, has grown to a full-service agency, but remains within a boutique body with a team of 25. The firm prides itself on helping people succeed, not just brands.
