Social Media Manager


We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to own organic social media efforts for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will help with advancing strategies, engagement, content creation, growth, reporting, and optimization. You will be responsible for representing a handful of brands and building strong online communities.

Aside from working with our clients, you will be capable of managing internal team members, setting expectations, and educating peers, as well as developing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement them. This role is a member of the Social Media Marketing Team, reporting to the Director of Social Media Marketing. You should have an excellent understanding of current best practices in social media marketing and be able to communicate its value to the team and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies specific to varying clients’ goals
  • Ideate and conceptualize social media campaigns for clients that will set them apart from their competitors
  • Create, schedule, and manage client content through native platforms, Hootsuite, Hubspot, etc.
  • Monitor activity on social platforms, and perform ongoing community engagement to foster strong communities for clients
  • Conduct in-depth content audits and analyze social media performance, identify issues, find root causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale, tweak strategies as necessary
  • Generate monthly reporting for clients showcasing the results (ROI) of their platforms
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
  • Work with the Social Media Team to grow our efforts and advance our current overall strategy
  • Assist public relations department as needed with social media content, community management
  • Communicate with our clients on a regular basis
  • Schedule content days with clients to capture authentic content for their channels
  • Create engaging content in various formats (text, photos, video, graphics) for major social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok


  • 3+ years of social media strategy, post-development, and community engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube.

  • Previous agency experience is a plus
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs beyond simple in-platform engagement metrics
  • Strong reporting skills and metric-minded behavior
  • History of developing organic strategies that lead to strong follower and engagement growth across all platforms
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Experience with social community management and/or public relations preferred
  • Paid social media management and experience a plus
  • Understanding of common tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite HubSpot Canva, Adobe Creative Suite programs, CapCut, and other management, reporting, and creative tools.
  • Design and video experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing a plus
  • Proven record of translating internal business language to consumer and business-facing external messaging
